1770 is one of only a couple of places in Queensland where you can watch the sunset over water.
Have a drink at "THE TREE" the original drinking hole for the local community.
A 7km walk joins the towns of 1770 and Agnes Water, just the thing before enjoying lunch at the "Saltwater Cafe".
1770 inlet is a natural safe haven for boats, a great place to fish and calm water for those keen on kayaking, canoeing or sailing.
From 1770 you can take a trip to Lady Musgrave Island or some of the reefs on the Great Barrier Reef.
