Agnes Water and the Town of 1770 are situated on the Tropic of Capricorn at latitude 23.3. The climate here is fantastic all year round. Average temperatures range between 16 - 32 degrees Celsius. Summer average 31, winter average 21.

The climate has been likened to that of Hawaii and is rated the 5th most liveable climate in the world. Check out the weather for the best time to go.

This area is the furthest south where the sun directly overhead at noon and because the sun is always high in the sky there is not the drastic seasonal change in climate experienced further south.
